Ajay Singh SEO Agency provides SEO, web development, AI solutions, and digital marketing services as described on our website. Specific deliverables, timelines, and scope are defined in individual service agreements.
Monthly services are billed on the 1st of each month. Payment is due within 7 days of invoice. Accepted methods: bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS), UPI, credit/debit card. Late payments may incur a 2% monthly fee. GST applicable as per Indian tax law.
While we use proven strategies to improve search engine rankings, we cannot guarantee specific ranking positions. Search engines continuously update algorithms, and results depend on many factors including competition and technical implementation.
Upon full payment, clients own all custom content created for their website. Strategic documents, methodologies, and proprietary tools remain the intellectual property of Ajay Singh SEO Agency.
Either party may cancel with 30 days written notice. No refunds for completed work periods. Pending deliverables within the notice period will be completed.
We treat all client business information as confidential. We do not share client data, strategies, or results without explicit written permission, except as required by law.
Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service causing the issue in the month of occurrence. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or loss-of-profit damages.
These terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.
